Production and printing
We print locally in the EU and the US to shorten the journey and reduce the shipping footprint.
Timings
Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 24–48 hours. The clock starts after the order is printed. Digital downloads arrive instantly by email.
Returns
Because each print is made to order just for you, there are no change-of-mind returns or exchanges once it's in production (custom-made product). That's why we ask you to choose your size and finish carefully before paying. Digital downloads can't be returned once downloaded either.
Damage and defects
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, write to hola@wallcraft.example with your order number and a photo: we'll reprint or refund it at no cost.
