Scope
These terms govern the sale of printed art prints and digital downloads through the Wallcraft store.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT; shipping costs are shown before you confirm. Payment is made through a secure gateway. In this prototype payment is simulated.
Print on demand
Each order is printed locally in your region after purchase. Delivery times start counting once printed.
Right of withdrawal
Because each print is made to order in the size and finish you choose, it is a custom-made product exempt from the right of withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16.c). We can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once the order enters production: please choose carefully before paying. Digital downloads are likewise excluded once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives faulty or damaged.
Intellectual property
The designs are the property of Wallcraft. Purchase allows personal use of the print, not its reproduction or commercial exploitation.
